We offer worldwide shipping. Our main service areas include the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, and selected EU countries. If you’re located in a remote area, such as Hawaii, additional extra charges may apply.

We are unable to ship to military addresses at this time. If a military address is provided at checkout, we will contact you for an alternative address. If additional shipping charges apply, we will invoice you for the difference before proceeding.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

We begin processing your order within 24 hours. As most items are handmade, the majority of orders require 3–5 business days to complete. During peak seasons such as holidays or major sales, processing may be delayed by up to 3 additional business days.

Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can track your package on Track Orders . For international shipments, the final delivery will be handled by your local postal service.

Delays & Special Circumstances

During peak periods or in the case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs clearance, weather disruptions, or global restrictions), shipping may take longer than expected. Please allow up to 5 extra business days for potential delays.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery and include a photo of the damage. If possible, make a note with the carrier upon delivery. We will arrange reshipment after confirming.

If you purchase the Shipping Protection service at checkout, you will be eligible for a full refund. Alternatively, if you decide to wait for the reshipment, we will offer you a $10 discount coupon as a token of our appreciation for your patience.
