When will my order be shipped?

Since our doll outfits are handmaded with care.
Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

How long does it take to get my order?

Delivery time depends on your location. For standard shipping, orders usually arrive within 7–20 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery may take longer during peak seasons or under special circumstances, with possible delays of 3–5 business days. We always do our best to ensure timely delivery.

How can i change the shipping address?

There is a very limited time in which you can change the shipping address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact our customer service team with the order number to change the shipping address. We're sorry that the shipping address can't be changed if the order is shipped.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you in canceling your order. However, once standard products have been shipped or customized products have entered the production process, we will no longer be able to cancel the order. Therefore, we strongly advise you to double-check your order details before placing it to avoid any mistakes.

How much is shipping?

Orders above $79 USD, get free shipping! For orders under $79 USD, our economy shipping is a flat $8.90 USD, and express is $12.90 USD for our main market region. Remote area may cost more. International economy flat is $12.90 USD.

How do I track my order?

You can click <here> or "Track Your Order" in the footer to enter the inquiry page, fill in your Tracking Number or Order Number for inquiry.

What happens if my package gets lost?

We cover 100% of the loss!

If your package gets lost or stolen during transit, simply contact our customer support. We'll reship your order within 3–5 days after confirming.

If you purchased our Shipping Protection at checkout, you’ll have the option to receive a full refund or a replacement — plus a $10 USD voucher as a token of apology.

Either way, rest assured: we’ll make sure your order gets to you.

How can I return my order?

Are the doll outfits handmade?

Absolutely. Each piece is 100% handmade with care and detail.

At Dollovo Studio, we take pride in creating hand-sewn outfits. No mass production, just craftsmanship you can feel.

Does the outfit set include a Labubu doll?

No, the Labubu doll is not included. All outfit sets include clothing only. We do not sell Labubu dolls.

Can I wash the doll clothes?

Yes, we recommend gently hand-washing the clothes and letting them air dry. This helps preserve the colors and shape of the outfits.

Can I iron my doll outfits?

We recommend not ironing them. If needed, use a garment steamer instead of a traditional iron to avoid damaging the fabric.

Do I need to open an account in order to pay my order?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and checkout as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you checkout at the shopping cart page.

How do I create an account?

Please click on “Login” on the menu and fill in your email.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Applying a promotion code is simple! At Checkout, simply type the code into the box that says “Promo Code.” Then, click the button that says “Apply.”

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
